Lazy Susan & Sugar

Several days ago, I was feeling really lethargic. Didn't want to do squat ! That is not who I am. But there I was, zippo, didn't want to do anything. Didn't want to move a finger.

So I start asking: What the heck is going on? What is this ? And that went on for a while, as I just couldn't get my butt moving.

Then it hit me. My Sister ! I visited with my sister and brother in law, they don't live far. She is a country cook. I don't eat sugar, just don't have a thing for it. And I don't have a thing for it because I don't eat it.

Sugar and various types of sugars once you get them into your system on a consistent basis, like for 2 days, then it affects both your appetite and your energy level.

So Bingo ! I had some of her stuff. The gaining weight aspect does not cross my mind, but I am aware that if I do the sugar thing more than 2 days in a row then I have cravings and feelings of hunger created in my mind.

You know the ones where you create a buffet in your brain?

Well I get that and then I begin to feel zapped of energy. Sugar !

So once I knew what it was, I have an automatic plan that goes into affect. I mostly eat protein for 2 days. That gets me right back on track. It gets my energy back and removes the pre-occupation with food.

The point I'd like to make is that this all does become quite automatic once you teach yourself how to use your own energy.

It starts with writing about what you want. And then speaking it. Your cellular structure picks up on that and goes to work for you automatically. So keep your hind end moving in the direction you want it and not stuck !
