- You agree to be responsible for any misuse that may occur due to sharing or theft of your username and/or password.
- You agree not to impersonate any other person.
- You agree not to indemnify and hold ISO Personals harmless, its officers and employees, from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from the user's use of or participation in this service or the information contained thereon.
- You agree to assume all risk and/or responsibility for any material, physical or mental loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of this service.
- You agree to be solely responsible for all criminal charges resulting from use of this service including direct charges and indirect charges.
- You agree not to interfere or attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site in any way through any means or device including but not limited to, spamming hacking uploading computer viruses or time bombs, or by use of the means expressly prohibited by any provision of these terms and conditions.
Photos:
- You must be in your photo and your face must be clearly shown.
- You must fully clothes - no nude, no private parts showing, and no porno.
- To make your photo better, you agree that we have the rights to remove unwanted background from you photo by cropping it. In other words, we will make it so you are the only one will be in the picture.
- You only upload your photos in .JPG and .JPEG. If your photo is in any other file format like .gif, .bmp, or .tif, please send your photo to us at webmaster@ISOpersonals.com and we will upload them for you.
If ISO Personals believes that there is any misuse or violation of these ISO Personals terms and conditions, ISO Personals has the right to terminate without notice, at it's sole discretion, your account, and everything associated with it, including your username, email accounts, ad and public profile.
ISO Personals will have the final word in any disagreements between Members and the company concerning ISO Personals.
You, the Member hereby acknowledge, understand and agree that all of the information disclosed by you to ISO Personals has been disclosed freely and knowingly, and that any and all information posted in or on the ISO Personals will be used in furtherance of the services ISO Personals, which complies with our Privacy Policy.
ISO Personals will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of a User's private communications, except that User agrees ISO Personals may do so: (a) as required by law; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) if necessary to enforce ISO Personals' Terms and Conditions of Service; (d) to respond to claims that such contents violate the rights of third parties; (e) to protect the rights or
property of ISO Personals or others; and (f) to identify or resolve technical
problems or respond to complaints about the Service.
